Facial Rejuvenation

There are many surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation methods. The best results are obtained by combining these methods.

In addition to surgical operations, it is possible to look younger thanks to facial aesthetic applications that provide non-surgical solutions.

Aging is an intrinsic and irresistible reality of life. Staying young and getting younger is the dream of humanity. Potions, spells and primitive antiaging methods have been used by people for centuries to achieve this dream. Today, thanks to the development of surgical methods and technology, it is possible to achieve a younger appearance even if aging cannot be stopped.

Many changes are seen on the face with aging. Wrinkling and thinning of the skin, loosening and loss of volume in the subcutaneous tissues, sagging due to these, and accumulation and deepening in certain lines of the face occur. To reverse all these problems, it is necessary to combine different treatments. As you can see, facial rejuvenation is actually a very complex issue, so developing the right treatment strategies   requires serious experience. In general, it is possible to divide facial rejuvenation applications into two as surgical and non-surgical methods. Here I will talk about surgical methods.

The most important surgical method is facelift surgery. The aim of this surgery is to remove the looseness of the loosened subcutaneous tissues, to move the sagging aesthetic units to where they should be and to remove wrinkles on the skin. Thus, some of the changes that occur with aging can be reversed.

Facelift surgeries can be performed in many different ways. Full facelift, temporal lift, mid-face lift, neck lift, MACS lift are some of these facelift types.

Facelift surgeries leave scars in front of the scalp and behind the ear if performed together with a neck lift. These scars, which can be hidden by hair in the first place, become indistinct over time and are not disturbing. However, in return, you get to look 10-20 years younger, depending on the age of the person.

Facial fat injection is a procedure performed during or a few months after facelift surgery to restore volume loss in subcutaneous tissues. In fat injection, the patient's own fat is taken and injected into the required areas after certain procedures. It is an operation mostly performed under general anesthesia. It may take several sessions to achieve the desired result.

Facelift is not a method that affects the area around the eyes and above the lips. It also has a minimal effect on the eyebrow area. For this reason, lower or upper eyelid blepharoplasty, liplift, brow lift surgeries can be performed in the same session or as another session. However, if there is fat in the jowl area, jowl liposuction can be combined with facelift.

In most of the facial aesthetic surgeries, scars remain, although the amount varies. However, specialist surgeons hide these scars in the relevant areas as much as possible. Traces are hidden inside the nose in nose surgeries or behind the ears in facelift operations. But even if it is in an area where traces are seen, it is indistinct.
